For organizations with growing teams or medium to complex projects, you will likely really appreciate those extra features. With document versioning and a document workflow engine, email rules, a solid task scheduling and priority interface, customizable forms and databases, plus slick client interfaces, it can do pretty much anything you could ever think of and then some. Add to that an optional conferencing / online meeting suite(additional monthly fees), and you could substantially reduce your travel budget. Scheduling and launching online meetings from a single location is incredibly convenient, and Central Desktop offers a plan considerably cheaper than competitors gotomeeting or similar.
